HISTORY
At the beginning of 1928, the Georgecu family started to build this establishment and lived there since 1932. In 1945 the villa was nationalized and included into the touristic circuit as a protocol villa. In 1997, the villa was given back to the Georgescus and then bought by the family Grassinger. From 1997 to 1999 the villa has been completely renovated, in the spirit of rumanian architecture and using native materials ( wood, stone, marble, granite).
